Who We Are
eziFuneralPay was created to help Australian families understand their options when it comes to paying for a funeral. We know that arranging a funeral is often unexpected and financially stressful, and that many families are unsure where to start when it comes to funding costs. Our goal is to make this part of the process a little clearer.
What We Do
- We provide general information and guidance on funeral costs and the payment options available to Australian families.
- We help connect families with independent, licensed funeral directors through the eziFunerals directory.
- We share educational content about how funeral finance products work in the market, so families can make informed decisions.
- Where relevant, we may pass on enquiries to funeral directors or third parties who may be able to assist with payment options, at the family’s request.
What We Don’t Do
- We are not a lender, credit provider, or financial institution.
- We do not provide loans, credit, Buy Now Pay Later products, or any form of finance directly.
- We do not approve, assess, or guarantee any finance application, and we do not disburse funds.
- We do not charge interest, fees, or other credit charges, as we are not party to any credit contract.
- We do not currently have an active lending partner, and any references to funeral finance on this site are provided for general information purposes only, not as an offer of an active product.
Any decision to enter into a credit or finance arrangement is made directly between a family and a separately licensed and regulated finance provider. We recommend families seek independent financial advice before entering into any credit arrangement.
Our Relationship With eziFunerals
eziFuneralPay works alongside our sister platform, eziFunerals, an independent directory and network of Australian funeral directors. Enquiries made through eziFuneralPay may be shared with eziFunerals or its network of funeral directors to help connect families with the services they need.
